Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onions, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour beef broth over the patties and add mixed vegetables on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the patties are cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with sides of your choice.
