An easy and delicious recipe for Apple Cider Pork using turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 pounds pork loin
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Wrap the pork loin with turkey bacon and secure it with toothpicks.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the pork on all sides until golden.
  4. Transfer the pork to a baking dish. Pour apple cider over the pork and add mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Let rest before slicing and serving.
