- 3 pounds chuck roast
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
