  • 3 pounds chuck roast
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chuck roast in a roasting pan and pour the sauce over the meat.
  4. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven.
