  • 1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, cookie butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cookie butter mixture.
  5. In a third bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened. Fold this into the cream mixture.
  6. Layer half of the cream mixture over the crust, followed by a layer of banana slices. Repeat with the remaining cream mixture and more banana slices on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
