1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1/3 cup melted butter
2 cups cream cheese
1 cup cookie butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup banana pudding mix
2 cups milk
2 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, cookie butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cookie butter mixture.
In a third bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened. Fold this into the cream mixture.
Layer half of the cream mixture over the crust, followed by a layer of banana slices. Repeat with the remaining cream mixture and more banana slices on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
