Delicious and easy to make, these Bang Bang Salmon Bites are a perfect appetizer for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Dredge salmon pieces in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  7. Serve the salmon bites with the sauce, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
