A delightful and easy appetizer recipe featuring salmon bites coated in a spicy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Dip each salmon piece into the breadcrumb mixture, coating well.
  5. Place the coated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.
  8. Once the salmon is done, drizzle the sauce over the bites and garnish with green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
  • These bites are best served immediately after baking.
