- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dip each salmon piece into the breadcrumb mixture, coating well.
- Place the coated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
