  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition. Fold in sour cream and flour until just combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set. Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
