Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and flour until just combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set but still jiggly.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
