  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour until just combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for an hour.
  9. Chill the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
