- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
