Delicious and easy-to-make blueberry cheesecake hand pies that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package pie crusts
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix blueberries, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Roll out pie crust and cut into circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the blueberry mixture in the center of each circle.
  5. Fold over and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush with egg wash and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
