  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract, then fold in the blueberries gently.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the cheesecake.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
