2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and beat until fluffy.
Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well until combined.
