  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well and press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Fold in the diced apples.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  6. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top and allow to cool before slicing.
