  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese five spice powder
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, five spice, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 2 hours.
