A deliciously easy twist on the classic Cheesecake Factory Chicken Riesling that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Riesling wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until soft.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until they are softened.
  4. Pour in the Riesling wine, bring to a simmer, and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the heavy cream, broccoli, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Cook until the broccoli is tender.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the chicken in Riesling wine for a few hours before cooking.
  • Pair with rice or pasta for a complete meal.
