This Cheesesteak Stuffed Garlic Bread Loaf is the ultimate comfort food that combines the flavors of a classic cheesesteak with the buttery goodness of garlic bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add the beef steak and garlic, cooking until the steak is browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the Italian bread loaf in half and scoop out some of the interior to make room for the filling.
  5. Spread mayonnaise inside the bread and fill it with the beef mixture.
  6. Top with provolone cheese.
  7. Wrap in foil and bake for 20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes to toast the top.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add your favorite hot sauce to the beef mixture.
