  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with butter.
  3. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in the baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
  6. Pour the sauce over the layered potatoes and top with turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
