- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each triangle, then top with cheese, beans, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Roll up the triangles starting from the wide end and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
