  • 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan, stirring until sauce thickens.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil, toss to combine, and serve immediately.
