Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
