Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Scoop the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
