Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then drizzle over the salad.
  6. Slice the rested steak thinly and arrange on top of the salad.
  7. Toss the salad gently to combine before serving.
