A hearty Cowboy Casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 package tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  3. Add diced chicken ham and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet, mixing well.
  4. In a large baking dish, layer the ground turkey mixture, frozen vegetables, and cheese.
  5. Top with ranch seasoning and evenly spread tater tots on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
