  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
  2. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  3. Stir in beef broth, bring to a simmer.
  4. Add pasta and cook according to package directions.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
