  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the chopped turkey bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Mix in the cooked fettuccine and Parmesan cheese until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
