This Creamy Cappuccino Fudge Cheesecake is the ultimate indulgent treat, combining rich espresso flavors with a velvety fudge topping.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup espresso coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add in eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
  5. Blend in sour cream and cooled espresso until mixture is smooth.
  6. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust and bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Top with chocolate fudge sauce before serving.
