A delicious creamy chicken dish featuring turkey bacon and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and set aside, retaining the drippings.
  3. Add shredded chicken to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth; stir to combine.
  5. Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Stir in fresh herbs and cooked bacon just before serving.

Notes

  • Serve over rice or pasta for a complete meal.
  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
