Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth and heavy cream over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until thoroughly cooked, about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  7. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve hot and garnish with green onions.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
