A rich and delicious creamy goulash featuring turkey bacon for a delightful twist on a classic dish.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, paprika, and caraway seeds. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Once noodles are cooked, reduce heat and stir in sour cream.
  6. Chop the turkey bacon and mix it back into the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
