  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, heavy cream, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
