  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, heavy cream, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and chop the turkey bacon into small pieces, scattering it over the potatoes.
  6. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and cooked through, stirring halfway.
