A delicious creamy roast garlic dish featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roast the garlic head with olive oil for about 30 minutes until soft.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. In a skillet, add the diced chicken ham and cooked bacon, then slowly stir in the heavy cream.
  5. Press the roasted garlic into the skillet mixture and cook for additional 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in parmesan cheese.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, you can substitute the heavy cream with a half-and-half mixture.
  • Allow the garlic to roast longer for a sweeter flavor.
