- 1 head garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast the garlic head with olive oil for about 30 minutes until soft.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
- In a skillet, add the diced chicken ham and cooked bacon, then slowly stir in the heavy cream.
- Press the roasted garlic into the skillet mixture and cook for additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then stir in parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
