A simple and delicious creamy pasta dish featuring Rotel and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add Rotel, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Bring to a simmer and add the cheese, stirring until melted.
  5. Combine cooked pasta and turkey bacon with the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to use regular bacon instead of turkey bacon if preferred.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
