  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the melted white chocolate and sugar, mixing until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for about 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
