Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the heavy cream and cheese to the mixture, stirring to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
