  • 2 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons tonkatsu sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by flattening the thighs.
  2. Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the burger by placing the cooked chicken on a bun with lettuce and tonkatsu sauce.
