A delicious dish featuring crispy gnocchi tossed with turkey bacon and a creamy garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and chop into pieces.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and increase heat to high. Add the cooked gnocchi and sauté until golden brown and crispy.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the crispy gnocchi and turkey bacon back into the skillet, tossing to combine.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
