- 1 pound gnocchi
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and chop into pieces.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and increase heat to high. Add the cooked gnocchi and sauté until golden brown and crispy.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the crispy gnocchi and turkey bacon back into the skillet, tossing to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
