  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and bring to medium heat.
  3. Add the gnocchi to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon, parsley, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy your crispy gnocchi!

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can broil the gnocchi for a few minutes after pan-frying.
