  • 2 pounds turkey roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 sandwich rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the turkey roast in the crockpot.
  2. Mix the beef broth, onion soup mix, garlic powder, and pepper, then pour over the turkey.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  4. Shred the turkey just before serving.
  5. Toast the sandwich rolls, then fill with turkey and top with provolone cheese.
