  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until combined.
  6. Stir in the melted dark chocolate until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  8. Add fresh raspberries on top of the cheesecake mixture.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
