A delicious side dish featuring roasted Brussels sprouts tossed in garlic butter and combined with crispy turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the stems of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the chopped turkey bacon and mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and roast for about 20-25 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
