- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
