  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 10 gingerbread cookies
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Dip each gingerbread cookie into the coffee mixture and layer them in a serving dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, let the tiramisu sit overnight in the refrigerator.
