  • 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • salt to taste
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Mix in spices: garam masala, cumin, and paprika.
  6. Pour in tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and butter, simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. Season with salt, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
