1 cup grated zucchini
1 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
1 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated carrots, turkey bacon, chicken ham, mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
Form the mixture into small tater tot shapes and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Place the tater tots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
These tater tots can be frozen before baking for later use.
