  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey and chopped turkey bacon until browned.
  4. Add cooked rice, tomatoes, and seasonings to the skillet; mix well.
