Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the feta and mozzarella cheese over it.
  3. Sprinkle oregano over the cheese and top with another tortilla.
  4. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then carefully flip and cook the other side.
  5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

  • For added flavor, include sautéed vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
  • Serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
