  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup au jus
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread Dijon mustard over each tortilla.
  3. Layer turkey bacon, beef, and provolone cheese on top of the tortillas.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
