Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and spread it into a greased baking pan.
  7. Top with minced garlic and parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
